Current Option

Dooley Thoroughbreds are offering an opportunity to become involved in the thrilling and exciting experience of racehorse ownership through the syndication of Current Option.

Dooley Thoroughbreds and Stephen Thorne purchased the good-looking son of Camelot at the recent Horses in Training Sales in Newmarket. He purchased the gelding for 85,000 Guineas.

This colt produced his best-ever run on his last start when winning a novice race at Thirsk over 7 furlongs in June after two great runs at Epsom and Brighton.

He is a colt that Stephen was very impressed with physically and he has lots of strength and quality; “he was the standout horse in the sale. I believe he is a colt with a lot of potential”. For more information check out Current Option in our horses section

Politicise

Dooley Thoroughbreds are offering an opportunity to become involved in the thrilling and exciting experience of racehorse ownership through the syndication of Politicise.

Stephen Thorne and Mark Dooley purchased the good-looking son of Camelot at the recent Horses in Training Sales in Newmarket for 60,000 Guineas.

This lightly raced 3yo gelding had run 7 times for his previous trainer William Haggas and was an impressive winner of a novice stakes last September at Newbury over 7 furlongs on good to soft ground. He has been very consistent in his 4 runs this season and his form is working out very well.

He is a horse that Stephen thought had a lot of Montjeu qualities and was impressed with his athleticism and walk at the sales. “He is a very sound horse that vetted extremely well. He is one we can crack on with into the autumn on the flat and potentially we could go juvenile hurdling with him in the autumn and winter months if he schooled well”.
